Noise and Gaana launch Buds R1 earbuds with Gaana Plus subscription at ₹1,399

Noise and Gaana have launched a co-branded pair of wireless earbuds in India. The Noise Buds R1 (Gaana Edition) sells for ₹1,399 and includes a year of Gaana Plus, a music streaming subscription the companies value at ₹799.

The earbuds are sold through Noise's official website and through the Gaana website and app. The bundled subscription gives users ringing-free listening without ads, lets them save tracks for offline use, offers high-definition audio and includes access to podcasts.

Battery, sound and charging

Noise says the earbuds deliver up to 40 hours of combined playtime when used with the charging case. Each bud has 11mm dynamic drivers. Four microphones handle calls and support Environmental Noise Cancellation.

The InstaCharge feature gives up to 120 minutes of playback from just 10 minutes on charge, according to the company.

Yatish Mehrishi, CEO of Entertainment Network (India), said the launch brings great sound and premium music together in one experience. He called it an important step in the companies' deeper partnership.

Utsav Malhotra, COO of Noise, said the aim is to make premium technology accessible to everyone. He said the collaboration extends that idea from sound to the music experience itself.

What comes next

The partners plan to offer Gaana subscriptions across more of Noise's products. They expect the wider collaboration to hit 2.5 million consumers by the close of 2026. Neither company has given details of which other products will be included or when.
