The makers of Mahakali have released the film's first song, Aigiri Nandini, marking the start of its musical promotions. The devotional track was released on 5 November 2026.
The song is a new version of a hymn to Goddess Mahakali, first written and composed by Sri Jagadguru Adi Shankaracharya. Music director Smaran Sai arranged the recording. Anila Rajeev, Geetha Madhuri and Sai Charan sing the track, with male and female voices alternating over a layered backing chorus.
The visuals
Sriya Reddy appears as Goddess Mahakali in a multi-armed form in front of a traditional temple backdrop. The video also shows the goddess feeding a baby, which highlights both her power and her role as a mother.
The film is the next film in line within the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe. Presented by RK Duggal, it is produced under RKD Studios and directed by Puja Aparna Kolluru. Bhoomi Shetty, Akshaye Khanna, Sriya Reddy and Rohit Saraf play key roles.
