Emraan Hashmi stars in new Gunmaaster G9 poster ahead of 27 November release

The makers of Gunmaaster G9 have released a new solo poster of Emraan Hashmi, previewing the film's action-driven world. The film is scheduled to hit cinemas on 27 November 2026.

In the poster, Hashmi holds a smoking gun and wears an intense expression. Artwork carries the dialogue, "Mere Ishq Ki Duniya Mein Aaoge, Toh Iss Duniya Se Jaaoge," which points to a story that mixes romance with revenge. Hashmi shared the poster on Instagram in a joint post with the makers. He wrote that he plays Eshwar, and that the character will appear "in an action avatar that will leave you breathless."

Action and romance

The film will feature Hashmi in a physically demanding role. Reports describe sequences of hand-to-hand combat and gunfights. The story is built around romance, and the poster's dialogue suggests the protagonist will fight to protect the woman he loves. The film was shot across real locations in India.

The cast includes Genelia Deshmukh, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Singh. Aditya Datt directs the film. Deepak Mukut, Hunar Mukut and Sangeeta Ahir produce it under SRE Studio LLP, and Soham Rockstar Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. presents it.

Music and distribution

The new poster follows the release of the film's songs, including 'Dard E Dil', which features Hashmi and Deshmukh. Himesh Reshammiya composed and sang the music. PEN Marudhar is handling the film's all-India distribution, and Phars Films is distributing it overseas.

The makers have not announced ticket prices or any ott release window. Further promotional material is expected before the film's release.
