Hero MotoCorp has unveiled a Scrambler Concept at EICMA 2026 in Milan. The motorcycle is an early preview of a premium design idea, and the company has not said it will go into production.
Hero says the concept draws on its knowledge from Dakar rally competition and on Indian artistic influences. Reports on the concept describe it as based on Hero's upcoming 421cc adventure platform, with a liquid-cooled engine. Those details have not been confirmed by Hero in an official statement.
Design details
The front has a tall stance and a round headlamp with an H-shaped light signature. Above the lamp sits a small smoked flyscreen, while red hand guards are positioned on either side of the wide handlebar. The bike uses gold-finished wire-spoke wheels and block-pattern tyres.

The fuel tank has bright red side sections and striped graphics, with a black upper panel. A metal rack sits above the tank. A black trellis-style chassis, a large radiator and engine protection sit underneath. The seat is brown and ribbed, and the rear has a high-set tail and a compact circular lamp. An exhaust of considerable size is routed low along the bike's right flank.
Context for Hero
Hero said it has been the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer for 25 consecutive years, and it used the Milan show to mark that record. The concept is one of several ideas the company has shown at the event.
For buyers in India, the concept signals Hero's interest in a premium, rally-inspired adventure and scrambler segment. Hero has not announced a price, launch date or engine output for any version of the motorcycle.
What happens next is not yet known. Hero has not said whether the concept will reach showrooms, when, or in what form.
