Nissan India has launched a limited festive offer that removes the cost of CNG retrofitment on selected versions of the Magnite SUV and the Gravite seven-seater. The scheme runs until 16 November 2026. The company says the kit would otherwise cost Rs 74,999 on the Magnite and Rs 85,999 on the Gravite.

The offer covers eligible non-turbo Magnite variants. The Visia MT, Visia EZ-Shift and Visia+ MT trims are excluded. On the Gravite, only the Tekna variants qualify. Nissan said the scheme is meant to keep the upfront cost of buying a car competitive during the busy festive retail period.

The CNG kits are government approved and come with extended cover from the kit maker, lasting for whichever comes first of three years or 1,00,000 km. This cover is in addition to Nissan's standard vehicle warranty.

Twin-cylinder setup on the Gravite

The Gravite kit uses two cylinders of 25 litres each, rather than one large cylinder. Nissan developed this layout to keep the seven-seat configuration and leave more space near the rear of the car. The kit is made by Motozen. It is BS6.2 compliant and carries ICAT certification. The filler sits under the fuel lid, and the car can switch between petrol and CNG.

The Gravite CNG kit first went on sale in May 2026 at Rs 82,999. Its current listed price is Rs 85,999. Nissan offers the Gravite CNG setup in 60 cities across 16 states through authorised dealers.

The Magnite price covers the kit, cylinder fitting, CNG gas, RTO and insurance endorsements, and the third-party warranty. It is not yet known whether the Gravite price includes the same items.

Buyers who want the offer will need to act before 16 November. Nissan has not said whether the scheme will be extended after that date.
