    Mentioned in this story

PUMA has released a new version of its CELL Geo sneaker made with Korean designer JiyongKim. The shoe launches on 7 November 2026, with a second release in Japan a week later.

The design draws on Kim's interest in ageing and wear. The upper uses aged fabrics, distressed detailing and frayed laces, so the shoe looks as if it has been worn for years. Its sculptural silhouette stays the same.

The shoe keeps the decoupled CELL heel unit, which provides geometric structure and cushioning. Cut lines and partly covered laces give it a streamlined profile. Two colourways are available, with one in Black. The Black version will sell only at JiyongKim, in limited quantities.

From 7 November 2026, the sneaker will be sold on PUMA.com, at PUMA flagship stores and at selected PUMA stockists. JiyongKim's online store and its Seoul flagship will also carry it. In Japan, the collaboration goes on sale exclusively at GR8 on 14 November 2026, with a dedicated pop-up.

Kim's earlier work is known for sun-faded colours and textures shaped by weather. This is his second collaboration with PUMA.
