Apple posts record September-quarter revenue of $114.5 billion, with India hitting an all-time high

Apple has reported quarterly revenue of $114.5 billion for the period ended 26 September 2026, up 12% from a year earlier. The company said it set a record for the September quarter and an all-time high for revenue in India. Apple also reported a net profit of $30.7 billion and diluted earnings of $2.02 per share, up 14%.

Apple said iPhone sales rose in several markets, including India, the United States, China and Japan. Chief financial officer Kevan Parekh said the iPhone's active installed base reached an all-time high. He said the device had a record year for upgrades in several markets, including India.

Parekh also cited a recent survey by World Panel, which found the iPhone among the top-selling models in India, the US, urban China, the UK, Germany, Australia and Japan.

Mac sales climb

Mac revenue reached $10.8 billion, up 24% year on year. Apple said the growth came even though supply was limited. It credited demand for the MacBook Neo and MacBook Pro. Mac sales grew at double-digit rates in both developed and emerging markets, and reached record levels in India and Southeast Asia.

For the full fiscal year, Apple said revenue reached $479 billion, its highest annual figure.

For Indian buyers, the figures point to strong demand for Apple devices in the country. Apple has not said how much of its revenue came from India, or whether prices in India will change.
