    Mentioned in this story

French duo Justice has released "Pusher", a new track with fellow French DJ Gesaffelstein, from the score for Rockstar Games' upcoming Grand Theft Auto VI. The full score arrives on 11 December.

Xavier de Rosnay, one half of Justice, said the game's huge scale across geography and themes meant the music had to cover a wide range of emotions, genres and textures. "We were given the freedom to explore as many things as we needed to, musically speaking," he said in a statement.

Rockstar says the Original Score will include 30 main songs, plus several digital bonus tracks on all formats. The Apple Music listing for the album, however, shows 50 tracks. The seven-minute "Pusher" is a pulsing electronic piece, according to one report.

A growing run of previews

"Pusher" follows "Flower in a Hurricane", released earlier this month, which features SZA, Tame Impala and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. That track also played during the game's launch trailer. Gaspard Auge, the other half of Justice, told BBC Radio 1 that the mix of artists was deliberate. He said Tame Impala and King Gizzard share some common ground, and that SZA brings a different sound.

Rockstar has also announced a separate soundtrack, Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, which will release on the same day as the game. Six singles from it are already out.

What comes next

The score is due on 11 December, about three weeks after the game's 19 November release. Rockstar has not said whether all the bonus tracks will be on every format. Indian fans will be able to buy the game and its music through the usual digital channels, though no Indian price or regional availability has been announced.
