- Seat shapes use the 2008 delimitation. Assam and Jammu & Kashmir were redrawn in 2022–23, so for those 19 seats the map shape shows the pre-2023 boundary and each 2024 seat is linked to its nearest predecessor.
- Margin % is the winner's lead as a share of valid votes (excluding NOTA). Turnout includes postal ballots. Surat (Gujarat) was won unopposed in 2024, so it has no vote figures.
- Alliances are pre-poll national alliances (NDA, UPA, INDIA) where membership is verified; other parties are shown on their own. Party splits and renames (for example Shiv Sena and NCP in 2024) count as a change of party.
- From the ECI reports: “These statistical reports are prepared only for academic and research purposes from the secondary data filled in the Index Cards. The primary data is in the statutory forms maintained by the concerned Returning Officers and the data kept in statutory forms is final.”
- “Near me” asks for your location only when you tap it, rounds it to about a kilometre, and never stores it.
